1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
• All original tags must be attached
• The item must be returned in its original packaging

Cold Archives reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Sale or discounted items
• Gift cards
• Custom or made-to-order pieces

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

• Defective
• Damaged
• Incorrectly shipped

5. Return Shipping

• We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service
• Cold Archives is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photographic evidence of the issue

We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
